Information we collect

We collect account information, workspace settings, product usage information, and content you choose to connect to Orvilo. When you connect a Google account, Orvilo requests read access to Gmail and Google Calendar data.

Google user data

Orvilo accesses Gmail messages and Google Calendar events with read-only permissions. This access is used only to surface relevant tasks and reminders for the signed-in user. Orvilo does not send, edit, or delete Gmail messages or Calendar events.

Google Workspace data is not used to train generalized AI models.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Orvilo, coordinate agent work, surface tasks and reminders, maintain your account, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not use Google user data for advertising.

Storage and security

Connected data is stored encrypted in our database. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information or Google user data except with service providers needed to run the product, such as infrastructure, security, and database providers. Those providers may process data only on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Aspectly Labs' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deletion

You can revoke Orvilo's Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can also disconnect Google from your Orvilo workspace. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email privacy@aspectlylabs.com. We will verify and process eligible requests within the period required by applicable law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to, restrict, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
