These Terms govern your use of Orvilo, a service provided by Aspectly Labs. By using Orvilo, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use Orvilo only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account and for reviewing agent-generated work before using or shipping it.
Acceptable use
You may not use Orvilo to violate the rights of others, distribute malicious software, gain unauthorized access to systems, interfere with the service, or conduct unlawful activity. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Aspectly Labs the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit that content to operate Orvilo. You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide the content and connect third-party services.
Third-party services
Orvilo may connect to services such as GitHub, Linear, Gmail, and Google Calendar. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms and policies. Aspectly Labs is not responsible for third-party services.
Intellectual property
Orvilo, its software, and its branding are owned by Aspectly Labs and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or service technology except for the limited right to use the service.
Service changes and termination
We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of Orvilo. You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material violations of these Terms or where required to protect the service.
Disclaimers and liability
Orvilo is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Agent output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by you. To the extent permitted by law, Aspectly Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to privacy@aspectlylabs.com.
